"CRUISIN" Some Pictures of Possible Interest
The song, "Cruisin" refers to a boat trip down the Hudson River in New York. I figured I'd throw in a few pictures from a trip I made with my wife in July of 2000. To the right, we're heading south toward Bear Mountain. |

In this shot, we're heading toward the George Washington Bridge and into a squall. "Yo, Kath, pour me another!” |
Now we're in New York Harbor with the Statue of Liberty (pictured) to our Starboard and New York City to Port. |

The Twin Towers. It's amazing how things change. I'm going down the river again very soon and I'm sure I'll be shocked when I see the void. |

Now we're heading out to sea and leaving the city behind. We'll head east for about 20 miles and then north through Jones Inlet and into Freeport. Then the party really begins! |
